REDI Sites, a site readiness verification program created by the Site Selectors Guild, has announced its Round Four designations, recognizing 17 industrial sites that have met the program’s criteria for investment rea

diness.

This round marks a major milestone in the growth of REDI Sites: Michigan, Mississippi, New Mexico, Ohio, and Oklahoma previously had no designated REDI Sites. With this announcement, the newly designated sites become the first REDI Sites in their states—expanding the national map and strengthening coverage for consultants evaluating opportunities across regions.

Round Four also includes a notable redesignation: the Rockcastle Megasite in Mt. Vernon, Kentucky advanced from Bronze to Silver after using program feedback to complete additional due diligence and strengthen documentation. The redesignation reflects measurable progress in investment readiness and highlights how communities can use REDI Sites as a roadmap for continuous improvement.
