HICKORY, N.C. – MaxPax LLC, a contract packaging company, plans to locate in a 158,000 square foot facility located at 1140 Tate SE in Hickory, North Carolina. MaxPax plans to invest $9.55 million in building renovations and machinery and equipment and create 300 new jobs over five years.  The company plans to begin operations on September 14th, 2020.

MaxPax LLC is headquartered in Elkhorn, Wisconsin, with three manufacturing facilities across southeast Wisconsin serving the contract packaging needs of the cleaners, sanitizers, personal care, household and industrial products industries.  This expansion into Catawba County will provide a more central location to serve their customers in the eastern United States. 

MaxPax LLC will immediately hire 80 new employees for 1st and 2nd shift positions that include production workers, warehouse workers, line leads, mechanics, quality control personnel and a warehouse manager.
