Fiserv associates recently celebrated the five-year anniversary of the location in Hickory. 

The call center opened Feb. 1, 2010, with 80 associates and has grown since to employ more than 450.

Associates working at the Hickory location help bank and credit union customers with questions related to online and mobile bill payments and person-to-person payments.

The call center operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, and offers a broad selection of schedules.
